She is survived by : her significant other Chuck Fluharty; her stepdaughter Emma Fluharty of Cross Lanes, WV; her parents, Ricky Stephens and Deanna Stephens of Foster, WV; her brother Justin; and her sister-in-law Brittany Stephens of Culloden, WV. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
