We announce the death of Vicky Lynn Burns (Danville, West Virginia), who passed away on September 2, 2026, at the age of 75. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Mullins and Betty Mullins; her grandparents, Herbert, Norma Pennington, Scott and Fanny Mullins; and her brother Jody Mullins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly Browning (Barry) of Madison, WV and Crystal Ramsey of Charleston, WV; her brother Gary Mullins (Darlene) of Danville, WV; her granddaughters, Kortney Browning (Sam) of Charleston, WV, Whitney Saffari (Cyrus) of Lexington, KY, Lexee Ramsey of Charleston, WV and Lily Ramsey of Charleston, WV.; and her great grandchildren, Braydon, Blaire, Ellen, Brady and Gia Browning.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Handley Funeral Home- Danville (439 Phipps Ave, Danville, WV 25053). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
