She is survived by: her former husband Tommy Sutphin; her siblings, Herman, Clifford, Charles Halley, Joyce Halley, Phyllis Liddell, Faye Stone, Leona Halley and Geneva Warden; her granddaughter Racheal Sutphin; her great grandchild Everett Marcum; her siblings, James Halley, Larry Halley and Yvonne Cremeans; her children, William Sutphin, Penny Kinder (Ralph) and Pamela Bias (Jess); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Mullins, Leonard Marcum (Sarah), Jeffrey Kinder (Stacie), Elisha Boettcher (Steven), Thomas Sutphin and Curtis Sutphin. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren.
