We bid farewell to Elizabeth Ann Toler of Davin, West Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 20, 2026 at the age of 89. Elizabeth Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Staten and Eva Staten (Senter); her husband Millard Ray Toler; her great grandchildren, Samantha and Winona Reid; and her siblings, Elmer Staten Jr., Edsel Staten, Aileen Staten Vickers, Kathryn Staten Hawkins, Shirley Staten Walls, Billie Jean Staten Barton and Rita Staten Moore.

She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Toler (Rhodella) of Justice, WV, Steven Toler (Penny) of Mebane, NC, Richard Toler (Joan) of Birch River, WV and Jeffery Toler (Sandy) of Canvas, WV; her grandchildren, Ryan Toler (BJ) of Morgantown, WV, Justin Toler (Alicia) of Bonaire, GA, Reagan Case (Greg) of Centerville, OH, Kerri Zaferatos (Dino) of Durham, NC, Miranda Toler of Oceana, WV, Richard Toler Jr. (Leslie) of Oceana, WV, Jeremy Toler (Alisha) of Mannington, WV, Jordan Bennett (Kyle) of Craigville, WV, Zackery Toler of Dunbar, WV, Lora Toler of Russellville, WV and Kendra Toler of Canvas, WV; her stepgrandsons, Brent Justice (Heather) of Gilbert, WV, Barrett Justice (Gina) of Daniels, WV and Steven Justice (Angela) of Portland, OR; and her sister Wilma Staten Toler (Polly Lyons) of Oceana, WV. She is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to either Dignity Hospice of Southern WV or the Cyclone Missionary Baptist Church.
