He was predeceased by: his parent Shelby Ray Paynter. He is survived by: his mother Irene Ruzala Paynter of Davin; his sisters, Linda Cline of Combs Addition, WV and Janice Rakes of Roanoke, VA; his children, Tim Paynter (Courtney) of Clifton, VA, Bryan Paynter (Shawna) of Barboursville, WV and Katie Paynter of Oak Harbor, WA; and his grandchildren, Morgan, Grady, Jayda, Cole, Abigail, Caroline and William. He is also survived by niece, and many nephews, along with a host of other family members and friends.
