She is survived by: her husband Kelly Jack Smith of Davin, WV; her mother Judy Vanessa Rasnick (Cline) of Justice, WV; her sister Kelly Steele (Jeremy) of Logan, WV; her mother-in-law Phyllis Smith; her brother-in-law Josh Smith (Kayla); her nephews, Zachary, Aidan Steele, Jaxon and Jase Smith; and her pets, Dean Winchester and Pippa. She is also survived by other relatives, friends.
