She was predeceased by: her parents, Shelby Williams and Dorothy Williams; her husband Bill "Big Dog" Cline; her brother Howell Thomas Williams; her in-laws, Truby and Densil Cline; and her sister-in-law Barbara Williams.

She is survived by: her daughter Shawn Riggins (Terry) of Man; her grandsons, Tyler Riggins (Hayley) of St. Albans, Evan Riggins (Rachael) of Cyclone and Jacob Riggins (Caitlin) of Huntington; her great grandchildren, Brooks Alexander Riggins, Reece William Riggins, Addison Alyse Riggins, Victoria Louise Riggins and Emilia Jane Riggins; her brothers, Fred Williams (Gloria) of Mallory and Jimmy Williams (Sharlene) of Claypool; her sisters-in-law, Beatrice Sias of Accoville, Bonnie Robinette of Man and Barbara Wright of Cyclone; her close friends, Becky, Rick Browning, Marlyn Cook, Iris Shanklin, Phillip Curry, Diane Miller, Lisa Harvey, Ethel Morgan, Orval Davis, Paul Vance, Jimmy Caudill, Rev. Tim Shuff, Jimmy Curry, Stanley Bailey, Ray Stacy, Ray Goodman, Rev. Teddy Dean Frye, Harold, Jean Ann McCoy and Jeff Doss; and her goddaughter Ambria "Bam" Carpenter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, along with a host relatives, church family, and friends.
