She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Ernest and Josephine Virginia Carr (Uchic); her husband Jack L. Evans; and her siblings, Joann Louise Evans, William Joseph Carr and Harold Lawrence Carr.
She is survived by: her daughters, Allyson Elizabeth Evans-Hott (Greg), Meredith Baker (Stephen) and Courtney Shafer (Francis); her grandchildren, Natalie Alicia Bava (Andrew "Jake"), Stephen Benjamin "Ben" Baker (Georgia), Evan Jacob Hott (Madeline), Madison Elizabeth Baker Hudgins (Jasper) and Kendall Marie Shafer; her great grandchildren, Henley Grace Bava, Ella Kate Bava, Billie Elizabeth Baker, Sadie Marie Hott, Nash Michael Bava, Lewis Stephen Baker, Steele Woodrow Hott and Baker James Hudgins; and her siblings, Barbara June Hilliard (Carr), Patrick Allen Carr, Patricia Ann Bass (Carr) and Pauline Alice Lee (David). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
