She is survived by: her husband Sammy Dwayne Cottrell of Dawes; her daughters, Trena M. Cottrell of Dawes, Nevaeh Cottrell of Dawes and Sammi Pettry of Dawes; her mother Flora Walker Leavitt of Dry Branch; her sisters, Angie Leavitt of Dawes and Lashawn Leavitt of Dry Branch; her grandchildren, Hunter Cottrell of Cedar Grove, Ava Cottrell of Lexington, KY, Cemmie of Dry Branch and Emmaleigh Cabell of Dry Branch; and her great grandchild EverLeigh Runion.
