He is survived by: his children, John Eskins Jr. of Charleston, WV, Linda Freeman (Daniel) of Acme, WV, Mary Walls (Ron) of Charleston, WV, Dinace Harless of Charleston, WV and Patty Steckel (David) of Charleston, WV; his grandchildren, Joshua, Lisa, Amanda, Karl, Marc, Chris and Jennifer; his great grandchildren, Seth, Chesnee, Gunnar, Ashton, Aubrey and Tristan; and his caregivers, Stacey and Chris.
In lieu of flowers, the family would suggest making a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
