He is survived by: his wife Cathy Bellew; his sons, Joshua Bellew (Kayla) of Cross Lanes and Stephen Abe Bellew (Jessica) of Cross Lanes; his brothers, Michael Bellew of Sharon and Johnny 'Joni Lou Bellew of Culloden; his uncle Lonnie 'Harold Elmore (Mary Ann) of Marysville, Ohio; and his aunt Betty Holstine of Belle. He is also survived by family members and friends.
