He is survived by: his wife Betty Fields (Heath) of Delbarton, WV; his children, James Fields Jr. of Kannapolis, NC and Kimberly Dawn Cline (Darren) of Versailles, KY.; and his grandchildren, Morgan Cline of Versailles, KY, Bethany Cline of Versailles, KY and Drew Fields of Kannapolis, NC.
