It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Marie Fernandez of Delbarton, West Virginia, who passed away on May 3, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Louise may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Flavey Arthur and Edna Arthur Wallen; and her son Naaman L. "Bill" Williams II. She is survived by: her children, Henry Douglas Williams (Mary) of Delbarton, WV, Edna (John Lilly) of Beaver, WV and Charlotte (Jimmy Clark) of Beckley; and her friend Vanessa Giles. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
