He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Vance and Mable Vance; his siblings, Willis Jim, Ed, Dot, Norma, Wanda, Pauline and Carmon; his grandson Mark Neil; his children, Kathie Miller (Ray), Sandy Neil (Danny) and Danny Vance (Kelli); his grandchildren, Mat Neil (Kayla) and Morgan; his great grandchildren, Hailey Neil and Mason Williams; and his sisters, Brenda See and Mary Hill.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Montgomery Memorial Park (9619 E Dupont Ave, London, WV 25126).
