He is survived by: his wife Vivian Osburn Parsons; his daughter Cindy Mulanax (Travis) of Charleston, WV; his stepsons, Ike Litton (Tiffany) of Frostburg, MD and Eli Litton (Stephanie) of Charleston, WV; his mother-in-law June Osburn of Lizemore, WV; his sister-in-law Robin Legg of Lizemore, WV; his nephews, Bobby Mack Kincaid (Jennifer) of Crab Orchard, WV, Eric Kincaid (Marcie) of Morgantown, WV and Garin Osburn (Leslie) of Lizemore, WV; his grandchildren, Sam, Gabe, Blake, Bex, Zoe, Knox and Saylor; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brett, Robbie, Kain, River, Laken and Katie; his godson Jess Toon; and his nephew Zeke Legg.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bell Creek Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
