She is survived by: her children, Andy Adkins (Cindy), Lester Adkins (Monica), Teresa Osborne (Rick) and Ronnie Adkins (Stephanie); and her grandchildren, Amy Young (Tim), Tonya Summers (Jeremy), Jimmy Ganley, Kay Smith, Tyler Ganley, Millie Osborne, Cora Osborne, Austin Adkins (Kristin), Colton Adkins (Shelby) and Shealee Adkins. She is also survived by great grandchildren, family and friends.
