He is survived by: his children, Tommy Burnside, Careena Helmick (Shawn), Andrea Lanton (Quinn), Holly Harris, Danny Jarvis (Jennifer), Billy Jarvis, Jerry Rogers, Dalelynn Rose, Mark Burnside and Sonja Herwick; his wife Missy Burnside; his grandchildren, Shawn Micheal Calvin Helmick, Chrislynn Dawn Marie Helmick, Ross, Hailey, Alex Lanton, Kayla Furby, Brandon Waugh, Breanna Coy, Jayla, Ethan Jarvis, Nisa Rose, Elisha, Damien Burnside and Lance Herwick; and his siblings, Carles Burnside (Vicky), Elijah Burnside (Brenda) and Helen Harmer. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
