He is survived by : his mother Martha Jane Ramsey Williamson; his wife Donna Jean Williamson; his children, James Williamson (Stephanie), Stephanie Bass (Dwight Holcomb) and Mike Williamson (Chelsie); his grandchildren, Hannah Bass and Jason Bass; his sisters, Charlotte (Donald Roy), Hope (David Hatfield) and Dreama (Roger Messinger); his siblings-in-law, Sharon Tanner (Kenneth), Gary Marks and Kevin Marks; and his mother-in-law Wanetta Marks. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
