He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hinchey and Clifton Caldwell Hinchey; his spouse Rosana Marie Hinchey; his grandson Cory Allen Burgess; and his siblings, Dorothy, Gladys, Pauline, Worley, Lucy, Shirley and Don.
He is survived by: his sons, Allen Lee Burgess (Gayla Moon-Burgess) of Topeka and Randall Hinchey of Inwood; his grandchildren, Brandon Burgess and Brittany Grim (Brian); his stepgrandchildren, Carly Dawn Moon-Warnick (David Warnick) and Tyler James Moon (Ericca Watson); his great grandchildren, Adrianna Burgess, Cayden Grim and Kylan Grim; and his sister-in-law Terri Miskell Hinchey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keller Funeral Home (1236 Myers Ave, Dunbar, WV 25064). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
