He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Harrison and Edith Wright; and his son William "Billy Joe" Harrison. He is survived by: his wife Dorthy Harrison; his daughter Virginia Harrison Griffith of Poca; his grandchildren, Lieutenant Colonel William "Bill" Walker (Jessica) of Mt. Airy, MD, Kristina Spradling of Belle, Jessica Rucker of Poca and April Rucker of Poca; and his niece Suzi Willard. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
