Tolbert; his children, Mike Tolbert, Stephen Tolbert and Susan Taylor (James) of Cross Lanes; his siblings, Pauline, Bonnie, Mary, Sandra and Ronald; his grandchildren, Makenize, Mahaley, ShaLissa, Steven, Hannah and Adam; and his great grandchildren, Vivian, Braxton and Bryson Russell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
