He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. "Bill" Newman and Helen Parsons Newman; and his brother William Everett Newman. He is survived by: his wife Shelley Newman (Hudson); his children, Brian Newman (Kristie), Amy Hamilton and Holly Fields; his grandchildren, Sheridan Newman, Blake Newman (Nicole Detty), Rylee Hamilton, Jacob Fields (Lyndi), Allison Fields (Thomas Williams) and Hunter Fields (Breelyn Board); his stepgrandson Jonathan Legg; and his great grandchildren, Maddy Legg, Cash Adkins and Blair Adkins.
