She was predeceased by: her mother Thompson; her daughter Patricia Marie; her sister Edith Alberta; her husband Reverend John F. Thompson, Sr.; and her son John F, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, William Earl (Sherry) of Columbus, OH, Roxie Ann of St. Albans, Robert Lewis (Shari) of St. Albans, Barbara Jean (Gamal) of Greenville, SC, Jessica Valerie (Lawrence) of St. Albans, Maurice "Reese" Kerry, Kathleen Michelle of Charleston, WV, Eugenia Jackson (Robert) and Jonhnsie R. Donaldson of Southern Pines, NC; and her cousin Mary Elizabeth of Deepwater, WV. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
