She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Donald Simmons and Lois Della Williams; her daughter Melissa Dawn Hannan; and her brother Harry Donald Simmons Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Darla Lattea; her grandchildren, Garrett, Logan Lattea and Allyssa Lattea; and her siblings, Judy Bowling, JoAnn Birdsong, Belva Brogan, James "Jimmy" Simmons and Mike Bell.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cunningham Memorial Park (815 Cunningham Ln, St Albans, WV 25177).
