He was predeceased by : his father Edgile Belcher, Jr.. He is survived by : his mother Anna K. Belcher of South Charleston; his children, Kristina Noel Belcher and Graydon R. Belcher, Jr. (Shadee) of St. Albans; his sister Natalie Bhaskara (Shan) of Maryland; his grandchildren, Josh, Liam, Nayeli, Sharon and Stiorra; his niece Joy (Bryan); and his nephew Ryan. He is also survived by two great nieces and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A reception was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Keller Funeral Home (1236 Myers Ave, Dunbar, WV 25064).
