He was predeceased by: his son Jimmy Lee; his parents, William A. Boling and Leoma E. Boling; and his brothers, Benny (Debbie) and Timmy (Karen).
He is survived by: his wife Lisa "Lisie" Harvey Wilkinson; and his siblings, Sandra Tinsley (Robert) and Bill (Karen). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Keller Funeral Home (1236 Myers Ave, Dunbar, WV 25064). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
