He was predeceased by: his father Howard L.; his sister Clara E. Honaker; and his grandson Charles (Gross II). He is survived by: his wife Brenda K. Honaker; his daughters, Sherrie L. Grose (Patrick) of Dunbar, Jennifer L. Tuckwiller (Jonathan) of Dunbar and Kelly D. Pitts (Craig) of Dunbar; his grandchildren, Chelsie L. Carr (Bruce) of Dunbar, Chase A. Pitts of Dunbar, Chayten L. Pitts of Dunbar and Chevy H. Pitts of Dunbar; and his great grandchildren, Teaghan N. Grose of Dunbar, Gunner C. Allen of Dunbar and Brynlee D. Carr of Dunbar. He is also survived by sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
