She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Keefer and Opal Keefer; and her brother Theodore Eugene "Buddy" Keefer. She is survived by: her husband Jim Risk; her children, Carri Tate (Douglas), Scott Risk (Toni) and Chris Risk (Christina); her grandchildren, Emily, Ryan, Joseph, Elliott, Aaron and Aiden; her great grandchildren, Ian, Rory, Jefferson, Rosie, Reagan, Caden and Chast; and her siblings, Jimmy Keefer, Curley Stevens, Iva Lou Burdette, Debbie Pauley and Edward Keefer.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Snodgrass Funeral Home (4122 MacCorkle Ave SW, Charleston, WV 25309). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
