She is survived by: her brothers, James Carl Brown II of Charleston, WV, Frank (Virginia) of Ripley, WV and John (Kathy) of Rocky Point, NC; and her brother-in-law Russell Biber of Virginia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
