He was predeceased by: his parents, Thaddeus T. Carney and Phyllis Wood Carney. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Carney of Dunbar and Lance Carney Scott Depot (Kathy); his grandchildren, Ryan Carney (Nicole) of Burke, Virginia and Jillian Howell (Jacob); and his great grandchildren, Logan and Elise.
