It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Hornick Slaymaker of Dunbar, West Virginia, born in Elkhorn, West Virginia, who passed away on March 19, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Steve Hornick and Annie Semonco Hornick; and her husband Fredrick Slaymaker. She is survived by : her son David Mellert; her sister Helen Burnop; and her niece Karen Blizzard. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
