We are sad to announce that on June 21, 2025, at the age of 73, Regina Powell-Richardson (Dunbar, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Regina is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Institute Church of the Nazarene (212 Washington Ave, Dunbar, WV 25064). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at the Sunset Memorial Park (4301 MacCorkle Ave SW, Charleston, WV 25309).
