He was predeceased by: his parents, George Franklin Waugh and Billie Jane Waugh (Brannon) of Cross Lanes, WV.. He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Waugh of Cross Lanes; his daughter Melissa Ann Waugh (Eddie Dean Myers II) of St. Albans; his grandpups Prince; and his sister Penny Lynn Gamber (Boyd Allen). He is also survived by three nieces and one nephew.
