She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanton Lewis and Esther Gladys Campbell; her sons, Rick, Jean Ann Starkey, Steve and Leslie Starkey; her brother Gary Campbell; and her grandson Kevin Starkey.
She is survived by: her husband Jarrett Ray Starkey; her daughters, Pamela Starkey and JoAnn Hayes (Ralph); and her brothers, Daniel Keith Campbell (Emogene), Donald Campbell and Mike Campbell (Tereasa). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
