She was predeceased by: her husband Lindsey Maynard; her children, Barry Miller, John Maynard and Teresa Stone; her sister Betty O'Mara; and her granddaughter Andrea.
She is survived by: her children, David Miller (Susie) of East Bank, Della Burford (Steve) of East Bank and Debbie McCallister (Tim) of Kanawha City; her siblings, Roy Withrow (Darlene) of Florida, Jerry Withrow (Debbie) of Florida, Frank Withrow (Ann Marie) of Florida and Ann Nichols of Florida; her grandchildren, Cristina, Eric, Nick, Ethan, Joshua, Daniel, Caleb and Charles; her great grandchildren, Arya, Madalynn, Oliver and Mason; her niece Diana (Skip); and her caregivers, Charlotte Atkins, Sherrie Elswick and Donna Hoffman.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Judson Baptist Church, 320 E 8th Street, Belle, West Virginia 25015.
