He is survived by: his wife Rhoda Kathleen Thomas Fortner; his son Charles Kevin Fortner (Mag) of East Lynn, WV; his siblings, Robin Dearnell (Mark), Kim Queen (Mark), Michael Brooks of Wayne, WV and Chris Brooks (Kathie) of Wayne, WV; and his grandchildren, Jessica Perry (Nick), Ashley Elizabeth, Nicole Fortner (Greg), Cameron Thomas and Nick Harris. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
