He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Mills (Rhonda) of East Lynn, Charolette Carter (Greg) of Branchland and Debra Paul (Daniel) of Huntington; his grandchildren, Jamie, Robin Blankenship (Dwight) of Lavalette and Milton Lee Mills (Vanessa) of Huntington; and his aunt Linda "Bo Bo" Davis of East Lynn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces/nephews; family and friends.
