He is survived by: his wife Joy Lynn Perry Adkins; his children, Katlan Lucas (Johnathan) of Wayne, WV, Angel Adkins (Ralph Meyers) of East Lynn, WV and Joshua Adkins (Summer Clay) of Dunlow, WV; his siblings, Clara Adkins Wallace (Dwayne) of Wayne, WV and Danny Adkins of Barboursville, WV; his grandchildren, Kinley Lucas, Oliver Lucas, Bentley Clay and Aila Clay; and his parents-in-law, Sam and Louella Perry.
