He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Napier and Clara Russell Napier; and his wife Rhoda Mae Lewis Napier. He is survived by: his son Adam Lee Napier; his granddaughter Aubree; and his siblings, Dremadale Maynard, Joann Lambert, Adam Napier (Cathy) and Herman Napier (Nancy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Morris Funeral Home Chapel (79 Bridge St, Wayne, WV 25570). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
