It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Elvira Tilley of Eccles, West Virginia, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on February 15, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth J. Stafford and Erma L. Arthur Stafford; her children, Besides, Jonathan and Anthony Tilley; her mother-in-law Lillie Rollins; her siblings, Randall K. Stafford and Marsha G. Sparks; and her granddaughter Virginia Tilley (Jenny Lee).
She is survived by: her husband William Tilley Jr. (Bill); her daughters, Suzanne Tilley of Glen Daniels, WV and Tresa Nelms of Glen Daniels, WV; and her sister Sandra Solacz (Mitch) of Beckley, WV.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
