She was predeceased by: her mother Clara Moody; her stepfather Edward R. Moody; her husband Rev. Clifford Wilcoxen; her sister Pauline Moody Bird; her niece Denise Pennington; her brothers-in-law, C. H. Bird, Vernon Bird and Wendell Wilcoxen; and her cousins, Leo and Dorsey Dollen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Kelly Johnson and Lois Kelly Hoffman; her cousins, Nancy Davis and Sue Fertig (Markel); her niece Donna Naroz; and her granddaughter Rachel Hoffman.
