He is survived by: his wife Clara Workman Cook; his daughters, Leann Cook Dingess (Tim) and Carey Cook Herdman (Jeremy) of Leon; his sister JoAnn Hudson of Eleanor; his grandchildren, Nicole White (Trai) and Noell Wilson (Cody); and his great grandchildren, Landen White, Raylen White, Annie Wilson, Remi Wilson, Nora Wilson and Reece Wilson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
