She was predeceased by : her parents, Jesse Lee Davis and Fredia McNeely Davis; her husband Curtis Smith; and her son Michael Perkins. She is survived by : her daughters, Vicki Hicks (Gary) of Eleanor and Tammy Perkins (Ron Good) of Shorewood, Illinois; and her sister Brenda Floding of Belpre, Ohio. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 3 bonus great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Kanawha HospiceCare, 1606 Kanawha Blvd. W Charleston, WV 25387.
