He is survived by: his wife Carol Meadows; and his children, Angie Gibson (Vernon) of Liberty, Stacy Devaughn (James) of Dunbar, Michelle Davis of Dunbar, Belinda Meadows (Jeff Allen) of Sumerco, Jimmy Meadows (Tina) of Elkview, Kathy Meadows of St. Albans and Bobby Meadows of Buffalo. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Raynes Funeral Home - Eleanor (303 Ash Cir, Eleanor, WV 25070). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
