It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael S Anthony of Eleanor, West Virginia, who passed away on October 19, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Anthony and Thelma Anthony; his son Justin Anthony; and his brothers, Noel Anthony, Glenn Anthony and Jim Anthony.

He is survived by: his wife Debbie Anthony; his siblings, Ireta Nease (Joe) of Parkersburg and Ed Anthony of Paducah, KY; his sister-in-law Betty Herdman; and his nephews, Oliver Herdman and Jeff Nease. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family, friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Raynes Funeral Home - Eleanor (303 Ash Cir, Eleanor, WV 25070). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Buffalo Church of God, P.O. Box 285 Buffalo, WV 25033.
