He is survived by: his wife Nancy Arthur; his daughter Pamela Arthur of Eleanor; his siblings, Carolyn Casto (Don) of Buffalo, Roger Arthur (Jeane) of Midway and Donna Craig (Gary) of Buffalo; his brother-in-law David Fewell (Sherry) of Buffalo; and his son Landon Bailes. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extend family and many friends.
