He was predeceased by : his parents, Oshel O. Jividen and Hazel Lunsford Jividen; and his siblings, Eunice Stone, Elvin Jividen and Glennis Jividen.
He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Jividen; his sons, Tim Jividen (Tammy) of Martinsville, VA, Todd Jividen (Kevin) of Apex, NC and Thom Jividen (Cara) of Bloomington, IL; his brothers, Vernon Jividen of Cross Lanes, Merril Jividen (Patty) of Midway and Veril Jividen (Donna) of Scott Depot; and his grandchildren, Wes Jividen, Brittany Jividen, Chelsea Koeller and Brooke Jividen. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; nieces, nephews.
