He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Edds and Maxine Ann Fain Edds; his brothers, Donald K. Edds and Wayne Edds; and his grandparents, Dr. O. P. Edds, Ida Blanche Kindaid Edds, Rev William Fain and Catherine Ann Kessler Fain.
He is survived by: his children, Virginia L. Morris (Tony) of Poca, WV and Heath Crouch of St. Albans, WV; his grandson Nick Serino of Florida; and his brother Michael F. Edds (Jean) of Laurinburg, NC.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
