He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Jane Blankenship Whitlow; his children, Valerie (Gerald Terry) of Elgood and Curtis (Tonya Whitlow) of Elgood; his grandchildren, Rebecca (Chris Bivens) of Princeton, Cara (Zach Lambert) of Cheesy Creek, Anna (Lee Hill) of Elgood and Noah Whitlow (Kayla Delp) of Elgood; his great grandchildren, Elaina Bivens, Kash Delp, Granger Hill, Boone Lambert and Oaklynn Whitlow; and his sister-in-law Betty Dent Whitlow of Bozoo.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that contributions be directed to the Those Who Served War Museum at 1500 W Main Street, Princeton, WV 24740.

My husband heard about Tony's death on radio this a.m. & asked if this was the Delegate friend from Mercer Co. Yes! We have shared history stories for several years, especially Roane Co., WV where his great grandfather, William Patrick Whitlow died 8/10/1901 and is buried.
