She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney G. Hayes and Parker Elizabeth Burgess Hayes; and her brothers, S. G. Hayes Jr. and Ronnie Hayes. She is survived by: her husband Phillip B. Winters; her daughters, Janet Spaur (David) of Mineral Wells, WV, Anita Hoover (Scott) of Elizabeth, WV and Lisa Pollard (Charlie) of Edmond, OK; her sisters-in-law, Frances Hayes and Linda Hayes of Henderson, NC; her grandchildren, Beth Schwendeman (Josh) of Lowell, OH, Matt Spaur (Lindsay) of Parkersburg, Brian Crouser (Michelle) of Mancos, CO, Chad Crouser (Brooke) of Williamstown, WV, Michael Fulmer (Kelsey) of Edmond, OK and Austin Fulmer (Danielle) of Edmond, OK; and her great grandchildren, Miles Fulmer, Sadie Fulmer, Harper Spaur and Wesley Spaur. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
